Cranberry Goat Cheese Dip

Ingredients: 
  • 1 (8 oz.) package of cream cheese, softened 
  • 4 oz goat cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup dried apricots, chopped
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp fresh Rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • dash of kosher salt
  • Ritz crackers, for serving 
Instructions:
  1. In a large bowl or mixer, cream together cream cheese and goat cheese. Add in the rosemary, honey, garlic salt and kosher salt.
  2. Gently fold in the cranberries and apricots.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes,
  4. Serve with Ritz crackers or a cracker of your choice.
